Civilian Fitness Program" - Constant Program
"Get paid to get fit", this program offers 3 hours of administrative leave per week to allow Fort Hamilton employees staying in good shape for performing the best of their jobs.

"Strength and Conditioning" - Constant Program
Class Conducted by GYMGUYZ staff. This is a program to increase the efficiency of the body's intake of oxygen, stimulates the cardiovascular system, develop endurance and increase energy, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, decreases body fat, build stronger bones, better posture, and decreases stress levels.

"Zumba" - Constant Program
Class will be conducted by certified instructors provided by GYMGUYZ. Zumba is a form of work out that doesn't feel like work out. Groove into the music, have fun and achieve you fitness goal.

"Spinning Class" - Constant Program
Class will be conducted by certified instructors provided by GYMGUYZ. Spinning can burn serious calories. Achieve ambitious fitness goal under a short period of time and build exceptional leg muscles.

"Tai Chi" - Constant Program
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. It also trains one's patience as it's focus on the breathing and slow movement.

"Chiropractor Care" - Constant Program
Alternative medicine that focuses on diagnosis and treats disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. Therapy available every Thursday evening from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. for
free evaluation, consultation and therapy.

"Strong B.A.N.D.S."
Army Garrisons world-wide are banding together for the Annual Strong B.A.N.D.S. Campaign May 1-31, in recognition of "National Physical Fitness and Sports Month". Fort Hamilton Strong B.A.N.D.S. programs include Basketball Sharpshooter contest, Strength & Conditioning, and 5K Walk Relay.

"Sunday Family Gymnasium Time"
Every Sunday until otherwise notified. Program begins February 12th from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Open to any age(All Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times). This is a self-directed activity. Program equiment availabilities: Jumping Rope, Dodge ball, Kick ball, Indoor Soccer, and Foot Hula Hoops Basketball.
