To successfully register your children for child care and school, please have the following documents on hand.
- Birth Certificate
- SSN required for CYSS but not mandated for school system.
- Proof of residence (housing letter)
- Report card
- Medical records
- Current Individualized Education Profile (if applicable)

Education Registration
Schools are based on a zone radius. All kids attending Kindergarten through 8th grade will be enrolled to PS 104 located on 92nd street and 5th avenue. All children will not necessarily be enrolled in PS 104. There are other options even though we are zoned only for this school. Fort Hamilton High School is our local high school. Please make sure to stop by and visit Child, Youth and School Services to find out if your child is eligible for grants and special programs available to our community and for any private school inquires. School bus shuttle service is available for those attending kindergarten through 6th grade.


Child Development Center

Fort Hamilton Child Development Center programs encourage a positive, loving and nurturing atmosphere in a safe, clean environment that allows children to choose their activities in a variety of learning centers.
