Welcome to the Directorate of Human Resources.

We execute individual, family, and community support services and programs including protocol, workforce development and education services, mail handling, substance abuse prevention and identification card management.

We coordinate, recommend, and provide authoritative analysis, advice, and services for the garrison command and staff to give them the tools to execute their military and civilian personnel management responsibilities.

The DHR contains three organic divisions: military personnel services, Army continuing education and services, and administrative services.
